Jamal has created a masterful, culture-jumping musical treat with MIST. Acoustic piano and MIDI orchestra, Arabic modes, and a variety of synthesized instruments (Nay, oud, buzuq among others), implemented with finesse, give Jamal’s work a rare freshness.
